How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY (30 DAY) :

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if the purchase was made at www.SoCalMotoGear.com
All other returns must be processed through original authorized seller. Returned merchandise for any other reason other than warranty claims must be in like new condition and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Any returned part that shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All returned electrical items will be inspected & tested. If electrical item is deemed functional, no credit will be issued & item will be returned.
All sales are final on discontinued or closeout merchandise, software and special order items. We are not responsible for shipping or return freight charges. Under no circumstances we will reimburse for any labor or shop charges.

1. You must email Service@SoCalMotoGear.com and include your order number.
2. Please include the reason why you are wanting to return the product.
3. Once your request is submitted, you will receive a response from our C/S team with instructions on how and where to return the product.
