Can I place a phone order?
Sorry, for security purposes we do not take phone orders. This would require our employees to manually
process/capture your credit card information which would not be as secure as processing your payment
through our secured encrypted website. Please be assured that we have layers of security in place when
processing your order online.
Due to frequent heavy call volume , we highly
recommend that you email us for a quicker response. During business hours, emails are typically responded to
within a few hours and emails received after hours will receive a response by the next business day. Include
your order number if any and the nature of your question with your contact information. We cannot stress
enough how busy our lines are so we ask that you email us for a faster response.
